List of differences between the Harry Potter books and films

The Harry Potter Series has undoubtedly changed the entire world over the past 20 years. Ever since Joanne Rowling best known as J. Rowling brilliantly published it serious Scholastic Inc. Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, and Ronald Weasley are the main protagonists we follow throughout the epic tale. As an avid reader of the Harry Potter Series I have read all of them more than three times now and proud , one can see many differences between reading the story and watching it unfold in film.

Understanding Harry Potter vs. Draco Malfoy At Its Fullest

The actors delivered legendary performances, and the fact that Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint were at the center of the project until the very end was sheer perfection. Still, when it comes down to it, the movies are best as a complement to the books, rather than a replacement. Because the plain truth is… the books are better. People who only watch the movies are missing so much of the experience that is this wonderful series. Screenwriters, directors, and editors have to change a lot to take a story from the page to the screen, and plenty gets lost in translation. Sure, the movies have their moments of comic relief, but all in all, Rowling's books are way funnier.
